Hi,

I know they have a fairly well defined process they follow.  I am sure
it is documented. I believe they reach out to the ALSes through the
RALOs, since all ALS belong to RALOs. The degree to which the ALSes
reach out to the surrounding communities probably varies from a bunch to
none.

As for polling, if that is the criteria for credibility, how much does
NCSG poll non commercial registrants?
