Thanks Rafik,

I would like to hear from some of the NCSG members who have completed
the survey. I found it poorly structured. At the trivial level, if
one had reservations about a statement, neither supporting nor
opposing it, the only option was "No Opinion", where one might have a
strong opinion about the mechanism within the statement, but no way,
no text box, to express that opinion.

At a minimum, such survey instruments usually have text boxes for
comments, or at least a final text box so that respondents can have
their say about issues missed, or questions that required comments. I
hope that ICANN can do better next time.
