My apologies to anyone who might have wanted a response from me over the 
past two months....I just discovered (through checking my university's 
webmail) that their remote spam filter had marked much of my ICANN/NCSG 
(and many other groups) as junk.  I also discovered that my email has 
been hacked and was selling bitcoin, drugs, and investment 
opportunities.  My apologies if you received anything like that coming 
from this email.

I am of course sifting through a few hundred of these lost emails, but 
if you sent me something important please resend.
