It would be great to have Julf back on Council, I second this notion 
whole heartedly.  He would also be a great NCSG Chair, particularly 
given the ongoing issues with GAC.  Not sure he would agree with that 
role, but I would like to nominate him for NCSG Chair if he is willing 
(noting that Raoul has already proposed this idea.)
