Yes.

As a side note, one thing I haven't seen highlighted is that while
we're electing four councillors, one of them (whoever gets least
votes) will only get a one-year term (the remainder of Farzi's
original term) while the other three will get normal two years.

That is assuming things haven't changed at some point without my
noticing.
