Dear all,

I hereby nominate Julf Helsingius for the GNSO council.

Julf has been in the council as a NomCom appointee and as the GAC
Liaison and been very effective in both roles. We could hardly hope
for a better councillor.

Julf, I hope you will accept the nomination, even though I know
there's more than enough demand for your talents outside ICANN, too.
