Dear all,

I would like to nominate Johan "Julf" Helsingius for the GNSO council.

Julf has server in the council as the nominating committee appointee
earlier as well as the GNSO liaison to the GAC, so he's certainly
experienced enough, no to mention his experience i RIPE and elsewhere.
There's no question in my mind that he'd be an exceptionally good
representative for NCSG in the council.
