Hi Bruna,

I would like to suggest a topic for the CEO meeting. And for other
relevant fora as well. Namely, an old but still very relevant one,
now that meetings have become physical again:

Visa problems with people from certain areas in the world, notably
Africa.

In particular, I would highlight the time limits in Community Travel
Support Guidelines, which say that substitutions must be made at the
latest 45 days before the event.

Given the timeframe traveller decisions are made, visa problems are
often not even known that early.

Arguing that the policy is the same for everyone is disingenious,
as the problem doesn't apply to everyone equally.

When you look at their actual effect, these rules are clearly
discriminatory, if not outright racist, in practice.

As a concrete small step that would help at least a little, those
substitution time limits should be relaxed when the reason for
the substitution is a visa problem.

In addition to the usual things like negotiating about it with
the host country already before selecting the meeting site.
