We need to go back and eliminate the SOI language that equates noncommercial interest in GNSO participation with shameless self promotion etc.  It's directed right at us and really annoys me, hence my diatribes on the Council list yesterday.  It looks like people are willing to concede the point so we should be able to get it done by the next Council meeting or two, unless that is we're going to wait for GCOT to go away…people don't seem to want to move on the replacement.
