The representatives of the institutions registered as NCUC members will 
be receiving by email (from [log in to unmask]) in the next few hours 
precise instructions in English on how to vote in the NCUC elections. 
Please read them very carefully -- although the voting process is quite 
simple.

We have defined the voting period from 27-feb-2007 00:00:00 UTC to 
04-mar-2007 23:59:59 UTC. This is a full six days, including this coming 
weekend. Even though the community is very quiet, I hope the extended 
period will make sure all of you get the message and vote.

If you have any doubts or difficulty with the system, please send a 
message to [log in to unmask] with copy to me ([log in to unmask]).
