Our elections were concluded last week. 

Please be advised that our new Chair is Carlos Afonso (copied). For the
period leading up to the Vancouver meeting, I recommend including me,
the outgoing chair, on all official communications from you in order to
facilitate the transition.

Our two new Council representatives are:

GNSO Council:     Norbert Klein (AP)   - 2 years    
GNSO Council:     Mawaki Chango (AF) - 2 years
