Hi,

One answer to this is that the charter was for a single CCWG with 2
phases.  So the assumption is that it continues on.

Also I would think:
-  that new participants from anywhere can still join anytime.
- that any SOAC organization that wishes to change its member can do so
at any time
- any group with a liaison can change its liaison
- that the 3 chairing chartering organizations could change their chair
if they want

There was one question from one of the outside advisers as to whether we
wanted to get some new specialties among the advisers
