I had sent this initially as a private email to Carlos a month or so 
ago.  I am not sure if it got through.

In any event, after two years as representative of the NCUC to the 
PIR Advisory Board, I would like to step down.  I will be happy to 
debrief and advise whoever the NCUC selects as my replacement.
