Hi,

Yesterday talking to someone at WGEC in Geneva, they mentioned that 
longer articles, perhaps already exisisting, could be submitted to 
NetMundial, with a synthesis of one page synthesis, also submitted some 
later date in March.

Adam: can you confirm or dis-confirm this rumor?
