Dear Padmini

I have not been reading mail for a few days as I have been in meetings
and only managed to catch up - more or less - with this this weekend.

It is good that you are raising the matter. Sexual harassment happens
often in our IG world. It is really important that we all establish
policies and processes to address harassment at meetings - it happens at
huge meetings like ICANN and the IGF, but it also happens at NGO
meetings and regional IGFs and IG schools.

I will read through the rest of the thread, but am about to board a
plane and wanted to express my solidarity sooner rather than later.

I endorse Sala's comments. Well said Sala. No one going to an IG meeting
should have to go through this kind of experience. And your story also
shows how difficult our communities find it to deal with it.
