The GNSO Secretariat will be sending out ballots for the NCUC
elections very soon. All members should receive ballots by 
tomorrow November 4th. 

Members will have one week to vote.  
Voting will formally begin at 12:01 am USA Eastern Standard Time
and close at Midnight Eastern Standard Time November 11. 

This schedule is modified from what we originally announced.
The main reason is that the ICANN meeting in Tunisia prevented
the Secretariat from holding the election earlier.
