Note:

I was informed that one person did report an issue.  As I understand it, after  sending in a email ballot, to which they did not receive an acknowledgement, they filed a web based ballot that was successfully recorded and recorded properly.  One researching the list of ballot numbers and votes, indeed they discovered that only one vote was recorded.

While I do not consider this an issue that affects the certification of the ballot, and did not even consider it a vote verification issue, it was indeed an issue that was raised and thus needs to modify the statement I made about there having been no issues.  This one issue was raised.  This issue has been referred to the ICANN technical specialists.
