Personal biases and prejudices are relevant, though. I'd tend to define
"Cyber Safety" as "check and tag electrical cords" or "watch out for
phishing sites" rather than "porn filters". If there's a motion for NCUC to
support Cyber Safety, I'm against mischief with Port 80 but quite keen on
user education.
