A couple of clarifications:
- considering the short time frame and light duties, my prefer is that this appointment would go to someone already planning on attending the meeting. 
- considering this is for a single meeting, I would prefer this is someone already familiar with NomCom operation and issues. 

	This is purely for the Toronto meeting, there will be a longer term NomCom appointment to discuss with the group afterwards.
