To the NCSG membership:

The final results of the election are provided below.

There were no issues raised regarding the vote registered with the GNSO Secretariat. Additionally the indication I have received from the Board is that while the issues raised by NPOC in their appeal to the ICANN Board will receive appropriate follow-up and that the ICANN Board was interested in having all sides of the issue heard, they were not planning on taking any direct action that would prevent verification the NCSG election results.
