Here is the outcome of the EC's deliberations so far.
NB: We added a "global" category because of the
"unclassifiability" of Karen Banks, who is Australian
nationality, lives in London, works for a global
NGO headquartered in Africa. <whew>

Please comment. I think it's a very good list.
There were some people we wanted to nominate
who could not do it.

I will forward the meeting log next.
