Carlos and all: use http://www.timeanddate.com/ which has many settings.

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html?iso=20110906&p1=199&p2=74&p3=213

Not sure if this setting works only on my computer, or if you have to
start from scratch:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock
