A bit of clarification: there were two separate calls for volunteers:
one from NCUC on NCUC's list by NCUC Chair Rafik (decision by NCUC EC,
as yet undecided as far as I know) an one from NCSG I made here,
decided by NCSG EC selecting Sarah Clayton as I already announced.
