Hello, here is a new membership application from the Internet society of
New York. EC needs to approve their eligibility for membership based on
the info in the application.

Their proposed representative, Danny Younger, has a long history in
ICANN and used to preside over the General Assembly. Danny brings a lot
of knowledge of domain name issues. Only issue I can see is that he is a
small business operator and often takes that perspective on ICANN
issues, but on the other hand ISOC-NY is a bona fide eligible
organization in my opinion so if they designate him as their rep it's
their business.
