Dear Rafik,

At this point I can't but accuse you: you've done such a great job
that you've set an impossibly high standard for me.

You will indeed be missed. I do find some consolation and hope
in that I trust you won't be going far and will be there to
help and advice me when I need it.

Thank you for all you've done!
