Hi

ICANN Legal dept would be my suggestion

But, am I the only one who sees something wrong in this question? The
answer is immediate - Talk to ICANN Legal dept 1st about your
grievances and we'll concur w/ their answer as we are the ones who
hired them
(They can soften, make it longer, but it still an immediate answer)

Even if the board does decide to comment, I'd also think that there
should be at least the appearance of an effort to have tried to
address grievances directly w/ this legal dept (or about the legal
dept hired), before asking this to board.
Is there anything similar?

I also remember that previous questions (not necessarily done at this
occasion) about the ombudsman role/choice, also received the
traditional brush-off

And sorry for bringing this late in the discussion, hope there is time
to think about to ensure a proper answer

Best,

Renata
