Thanks to everyone for their confidence in me, to everyone who 
encouraged me to run, and to my wonderful team-mates!  I am really 
looking forward to the work ahead, which I know we will not be able to 
tackle without everyone's help.  Congratulations to Rafik on his new 
term, we will all be working on getting everyone's engagement on the big 
issues coming in the next couple of years.  Special thanks to Sam 
Lanfranco, I will be counting on his wise counsel as we go ahead.
