Looking at the ICANN agenda:

               o Domain Name Market Place Update
         * GNSO Public Forum:
               o New gTLDs - Draft Recommendations
               o WhoIs Improvements - Draft Recommendations

Tuesday, 5 December
         * CCNSO Members Meeting
         * GAC Plenary
         * GNSO Constituency Meetings
         * GNSO Public Forum

Wednesday, 6 December
         * CCNSO Council Meeting (am)
         * GAC Plenary (am)
         * GNSO Council Meeting (am)
         * Workshops:
               o IDN
               o President's Strategy Committee Workshop
               o ICANN Meetings - Future Structure

If we did our constituency meeting on the 4th, we could dedicate the
whole of the 5th to our big event. On the 6th at least our brave
councillors will be busy in the morning, and we need to feed them
beforehand for the council meeting.

If your arrival dates permit it, let us do it on the 4th. Another
alternative is late in the afternoon on 5th, as soon as our big event ends.

What do you think? Who is coming to Sampa anyway?
