Robin, has the NCUC website been taken down intentionally or is it just a temporary glitch?  

Also, will you tell me the status of the NCUC proposed charter?  Have you heard back on that?

Yes, but the Board members tell us that the staff drafted that proposal, threw it on the agenda as the last item of a long meeting, and that no one partucularly understood or debated its implications. The Board members explanation was intended to downgrade the importance of the resolution and to make me feel better, but in fact it did the opposite: it suggested that either staff has an agenda and/or that Board really doesn't know what it's passing half the time....
