i would be very happy to work on this - and we have had a few discussions
inside and outside the WGIG on general reforms and specific reforms.. i'm
not sure if wolfgang is on this list, but am fairly sure he's coming to
ICANN meeting - and made some very good contributions on this subject
during the meeting with the EU delegates

i would like to work with others on preparing some proposals around this
item..
