Just a quick question: do we still have any regional constrains for
the council nominations or since we are moving into a new structure we
can end up having two or more representatives from the same region?

Apart from that I would like to second the nomination of Robin Gross
for Chair.

* as a provisional individual member his eligibility would have to wait
for the new GNSO structure to be implemented, but that could be as soon
as Jan. 2009.
