The PH ccTLD administrator back in 2000 wanted to turn .PH
into Phones, the TLD for mobile phones. This raised a ruckus in the
local internet community which suddenly saw that it had absolutely no
control nor voice on how its ccTLD was being administered by a so-called
"trustee" of the local internet community.

How about .MO for mobile? B-)
