Well, my main reason for proposing the change is to avoid having
three RIR Directors represented in the list. I.e., the point is to
replace Paul Wilson rather than someone from Europe.

Or in stead of Vittoria Bertola? After all, Norbert is originally from
Europe. He represents both Asia & Europe, I'd say.
