Please forgive me.

I thought it would be useful.  
I will be careful to strip attachments from things I forward.
And I promise to be more careful in the things I forward.
To think twice, maybe even thrice, before forwarding anything.

I had recently learned how sensitive the issue of forwarding was on this
list and should have been more careful.
