Thanks very much for drafting this excellent letter, Wendy & team!!  

It is wonderful to encourage Privacy Commissioners and Data Retention Officers to review ICANN policies and see where improvements are needed to comply with the law and protect the rights of Internet users.

I'm sure NCUC will be very proud to bring these voices into the discussion so they can bring a fuller and more balanced view into the process.
