The SSAC has for some time been working on a document to assist the
community in working on IANA Stewardship Transition by describing the
history of the IANA functions and an overview of what those functions are.

The final version of the document has been posted to the SSAC web page
at: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/sac-067-en.pdf and in
also attached to this email.
