i think the extension of trademark into theology is further afield than even the IPC and the other friends of marking common words for usurption  would go.

While I favor adding comments along the lines that Kathy and Timothe suggest, I hope we can avoid going this far.  I certainly hope we avoid Theology and Deification as sub themes.  I actually also hope we can avoid giving any support for the trademark of common language words that should be protected from marking as part of the cultural commons.

I will avoid, except for this single sentence, discussions of the category error involved in confusing the word 'reality' for the actuality of reality.
