Dear people, even though we have not yet defined the entire candidates'
roster, below are the instructions for the electronic election process.
Please note that we still need candidates for Africa and Europe, and I
was just reminded by Robin that Ilyia will not run for re-election.

fraternal regards

NCUC Elections

Once the election starts, each participating voter will receive an
e-mail notification containing overall information regarding the
election, as well as an URL, which when accessed, takes the voter to
his/her voting ballot.

In the voting ballot, the voter shall vote for 3 different
elections. One is for the NCUC Chair, one for the GNSO Council and one
for the representative of his/her regional electoral college (EC
Africa, EC Asia, EC Europe, EC LAC e EC North America).

Having chosen one candidate in each of elections, the voter will
click the "Vote" button, which leads to a confirmation screen, where
he/she has a chance of confirming the vote. Once the vote is
confirmed, a new e-mail message will be sent to the voter containing
all the data about his/her vote.

PS: in order to vote blank for any of the election, simply don't
select any of the candidates.

At the end of the election, there will be a new URL, which may be
accessed in order to view the results of the election.

In case of any doubts, suggestions or remarks during the process, the
e-mail for support is:
