Dear all,

and especially those who volunteered for this ccwg, please reply to
the questions below without delay. The PC has to decide this on Monday
and it would be nice to have some time to think about it.

Don't be discouraged by some comments that make it sound like this is
an impossibly hard task. There's no need to write page-long essays
or treat this like a job application for your dream job, just quick
points you can jot down in ten minutes.
