Dear Alex,

This is a very different issue where two people were yelling insults at each other, and making accusations. That is the sort of personal problem that one keeps as private as possible and takes to the ombudsman when it goes beyond their ability to handle it. I certainly did not want to broadcast the accusations made about you on a publicly archived list.

It is different than making decisions for a constituency without discussing it with the constituency or even on the constituency's executive committee publicly archived email list.

I am sorry you do not see the difference. But I do appreciate that you are reacting to a perceived impropriety of my making the lack of transparency in the Constituency a public issue and I think your loyalty is commendable.

Best Regards,

avri

I learnt to speak for and defend myself the hard way, thus would have appreciated if you made the decision after consultations - with all concerned parties.
