I am a believer that transparency is necessary but not sufficient for
good governance (and government), so I really appreciate the work that
you and others have done to try to pull back the curtain on the process.

The way of the world is that one has to keep re-explaining things as
new people get introduced to your work. Thanks for your patience with
me and my ignorance.
