At its meeting Monday the Executive Committee proposed to
support the travel of Horacio Cadiz (Philippines) to Kuala 
Lumpur and one GNSO Council member. We still have enough
to offer $500 travel grants to other NCUC members to whom
that amount would make enough difference to allow them to
go.
