Thanks for the support, folks!   If there are other organizations who would like to sign-on to the civil society statement, please let me know today.  Also, I've received some requests for individuals to sign-on as well, and so have opened up the statement for individuals to also endorse should one wish to.  

So if any individual or organization would like to sign-on to this joint civil society statement, please let me know within 24 hours from now.
