This is very good last minute news!!!

I cant think of anybody with a better background to represent the global 
south then Rafik. You really have the experience it takes.

I take back my self nomination, 1o minutes before midnight UTC and hope 
the NCSG goes into this next year with great focus, effort and works 
together in  view of all changes we face.
