Tapani,

I (with my economist's hat on) am willing to be considered for this. I 
attended their session in Dublin and they are very provider-focused. 
There was little from the consumer interest viewpoint in the discussion. 
Given that the consumer is ultimately sovereign (can vote with their 
dollars and their feet) there is a risk of this being a bit lopsided, 
and weak in its analysis on that front.

If anyone better steps forward, I will step back.
