NCPH  Non Contracted Parties House. The semi-fictional structure that
the NCSG (Non Commercial Stakeholder Group) and CSG (Commercial
Stakeholder's Stakeholder Group) belongs to

CPH Contracted parties House.


The responsibilities of the two houses, in additon to their roles as
voting discriminators, is to elect a Board Seat and a vice chair of the
GNSO council.
