Here's a thought and perhaps an idea for a company to putsue.

Suppose I decide to offer a TLD hosting service for perhaps thousands of 
organizations who need their TLDs hosted. Then such a service could cut 
the cost for individual TLDs to maybe a couple of thousand buck each. 
Has this idea been considered?
