Dear Amber,

Thanks. I ask Rosemary, the NCSG-EC vice chair, who has taken the lead on membership issue to get back to you. I remember that in at least one case there as question about the make up of the membership of the organization. And that while the group applying was not-for-profit, it was a aggregation of associations some of which appeared to have a for-profit orientation. We had left it as a case for more investigation, and stalled at that point. And for that I reiterate my regrets - as my only defense, I have tended to get bogged down in the charter issues.

I do not remember the details off-hand, so hopefully Rosemary can get back to you with the details and can follow through.

Best Regards,

a.
