Congratulations to Beau. Indeed, this seems to me too a huge step forward. Consumers are very often left aside and have to solve their problems on their own.
The idee of having both initiatives (Beau's and Alex's) gathering together I feel confident there will be progress soon in establishing an appropriate constituency.
And if not yet known, you may count on my help as this is a territory I can bring years of experience.
