   Good point raised by Iliya. I just looked at the financial terms
and never really computed the amount vis-a-vis inflation and compounded 
interest. But whatever it is, the point is that it is never a good 
framework for a regulator, by itself, to negotiate financial terms
with the one it regulates.

    Does anyone have a breakdown of ICANN's revenues?
